    • Refunds will not be approved if you have utilized more than 5,000 tokens, accessed multiple premium documents, or submitted a request after the Refund Policy Period has expired.
    • Your subscription must be canceled before requesting a refund. Requests made before canceling the subscription will not be considered.
    • Initiating a new subscription period voids eligibility for a refund.
    • The refund policy does not apply when switching between subscription plans.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Refunds are issued only for the current subscription amount on your account and do not cover overage charges from previous billing cycles or additional charges.
    • Users are responsible for managing their accounts responsibly and avoiding exceeding their credit limit. In cases of overage, users are liable for paying any additional fees incurred.
